About
What luxury trip planning includes
Luxury travel planning joins the decisions that shape a full journey. We compare river and ocean itineraries, match destinations to your interests, and review cabin options such as suites, balcony cabins, accessible cabins, or connecting cabins. The work can also cover shore excursion planning, hotels, transfers, dining, wellness activities, and local culture. You decide whether the trip should use an all-inclusive package or a flexible itinerary with a slower or fuller pace. Our scope includes pre-departure preparation. We review travel requirements, booking conditions, protection options, payment schedules, final payment dates, and cancellation policies so you know which terms apply.

Questions about planning a luxury journey
Who provides luxury travel planning in Scottsdale, Arizona?
CruiseTourScottsdale.com provides luxury travel planning for Scottsdale, Arizona travelers. We plan river and ocean cruises, luxury land vacations, and group journeys. Wendy Denny leads the service, and her experience includes cruises and land-based trips. A consultation covers your pace, interests, cabin needs, destinations, and the details that shape a suitable itinerary.
What changes the cost of a luxury cruise plan?
Cruise choice, cabin category, transfers, hotels, excursions, travel insurance, and land extensions affect the total trip cost. We review those elements with you before arrangements are made. Supplier terms, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and eligible booking adjustments also matter, so we explain the conditions tied to the selected itinerary.
Can you plan river cruises and ocean cruises?
Yes, we plan both river cruises and ocean cruises. River vessels offer scenic waterways and intimate ship settings, while ocean liners connect larger ports and onboard amenities. We compare the route, ship style, cabin options, shore activities, and pace against your preferences before itinerary selection.
What can be included beyond the cruise booking?
A planned journey can include flights, hotels, transfers, shore excursions, dining, wellness activities, and tailored land experiences. The exact mix follows your itinerary and travel priorities. We also review travel documents, booking conditions, protection options, and supplier arrangements before departure.
What should I bring to the first travel consultation?
Your preferred destinations, travel dates, passenger names, passport details, cabin wishes, and activity interests give us a useful starting point. Add mobility requirements, dietary restrictions, connecting cabin needs, and pace preferences when they apply. These details help us compare itineraries that fit your group instead of reviewing options without context.
How do I compare a travel agency with booking online?
A travel agency compares connected trip details, while direct booking usually centers on the selected supplier’s reservation. Our planning can join cabins, cruises, transfers, hotels, excursions, and land stays into one itinerary. This approach helps when the journey includes several suppliers or when group needs require careful coordination.

Scenarios
When Customers Call Us About Luxury Travel Planning
1
A First Luxury Cruise Decision
A first luxury cruise can feel difficult when river vessels, ocean liners, cabins, and ports all look appealing. The right choice depends on your preferred pace, scenery, onboard style, and shore activities. We start with a consultation, compare suitable itineraries, and explain the cabin and booking details before you select a trip.
2
A Group With Different Preferences
Group travel becomes harder when travelers want different cabins, activities, or levels of free time. Group coordination must account for shared plans while leaving room for personal choices. We gather each traveler’s priorities, compare practical itinerary options, and organize the booking details so the group understands its next decisions.
3
A Cruise With Land Extensions
A cruise paired with a luxury land vacation adds hotels, transfers, dining, and activities around the sailing dates. Port timing and travel documents then matter as much as the ship choice. We map the complete journey, coordinate the land portion, and review the itinerary before departure so the plan stays connected.
